Loan Application Checklist

To be approved for a WWBIC Loan, you will need the following.  You must provide all documents and payment before an evaluation of your application can begin.  You must completely fill out all documents, or the system cannot process your application.

[  ]   Business Information Form (for existing businesses) (download, print, complete, and pdf, mail or deliver along with application or submit online.)

[  ]   Pre-Qualification (completed online – successful completion will take you to the Loan Application)

[  ]   Loan Application (completed online)

[  ]   Written Business Plan

A $75 non-refundable loan application fee.  Payment can be made online, or mailed or delivered.

The Client Information Form, Business Information Form, and the payment should be pdf’d, mailed or delivered to:

Please note:  Application will not be processed until the fee is recieved by WWBIC.  Please make sure the check or Money Order is made payable to WWBIC and that borrower's name and business are noted.  If you mail a check or money order, it MUST include the business name that is on your application and on your Business Plan.  Applications without consistent business names will cause serious delays in the evaluation process.
